Our DXGL-LD series self-propelled glass vacuum lifter, also known as glazing robot, provides loading capacity options from 300kg,400kg,500kg,600kg up to 800kg. Models DXGL-LD300~600 reach a maximum lifting height of 3500mm while DXGL-LD800 achieves 5000mm. All units support 360° manual rotation of suction frame and adopt walking-style operation method. The machine is equipped with 2*12V batteries; 2*12/100 battery for 300-600kg version and 2*12/120 for 800kg model. Matching chargers range from 24V/12A to 24V/18A, equipped with 24V drive motors and lifting motors to ensure stable all-electric operation. With fixed overall width of 840mm and adjustable body length between 2560mm to 2800mm, the wheel configuration and 300mm diameter suction cups are customized according to different load capacity. This battery-powered vacuum suction lifter is engineered for safe transportation, positioning and installation of architectural glass, window panels, curtain wall glass, marble slabs and other smooth-surface materials in construction sites, glass processing factories and decoration projects.
This self-walking glass handling robot integrates traveling, telescopic boom lifting, vacuum adsorption and angle adjustment functions. Operators can control all movements via handheld remote controller, greatly cutting labor demands and avoiding glass damage caused by manual carrying. The vacuum system is fitted with safety alarm devices to prevent sudden falling when air leakage occurs. Compact body design enables flexible movement inside narrow workshops and building interiors.
