Our DAXLIFTER FOP3 series self-propelled electric order picker is a compact vertical stock picking lifting machine built for warehouse rack order picking, parts retrieval and light overhead maintenance work. Available in four models FOP3-2.7, FOP3-3.3, FOP3-4.0 and FOP3-4.5, this mobile order picker delivers a maximum platform height ranging from 2700mm up to 4500mm, while the maximum machine height reaches 4120mm, 5000mm, 5400mm and 6000mm respectively. The rated loading capacity is 300kg for all models, with platform working dimension of 600mm*640mm. It adopts a 24V/15A charging system for stable battery power supply.
Overall dimension varies among models: FOP3-2.7 and FOP3-3.3 have overall length of 1530mm; FOP3-4.0 and FOP3-4.5 are 1620mm. All units keep overall width at 760mm to fit narrow warehouse aisles. The folded overall height is 1830mm for FOP3-2.7, 2130mm for FOP3-3.3, 1840mm for FOP3-4.0 and 2000mm for FOP3-4.5. Net weight starts from 430kg for FOP3-2.7, 450kg for FOP3-3.3, 660kg for FOP3-4.0 and 680kg for FOP3-4.5.
This battery-powered order picker features sturdy guard rail working platform, solid drive wheels and simple on-platform control panel. Operators can move and lift the unit directly on the platform without extra towing equipment. It is widely used in distribution centers, retail warehouses, manufacturing storage zones for high-level goods picking, inventory checking and lamp or pipeline repairing.
