Our DAX LIFTER DXGL-LD series walking-style electric glass vacuum lifter provides multiple load options from 300kg,400kg,500kg,600kg to 800kg. Models DXGL-LD300~DXGL-LD600 reach 3500mm max lifting height while DXGL-LD800 supports up to 5000mm, all equipped with 360° manual rotation function for flexible glass panel positioning. This mobile glass handling robot adopts battery power supply: DXGL-LD300/400/500/600 use 2*12V 100Ah batteries, DXGL-LD800 is fitted with 2*12V 120Ah batteries.
The walking drive motor and lift motor are separately configured for stable operation. Machine width keeps 840mm for all models, length varies from 2560mm,2660mm to 2800mm. Front and rear wheels are matched according to different load capacity, together with 300mm diameter suction cups in quantity of 4,6 or 8 pieces, to securely grip large glass sheets, curtain wall panels and window glass.
This self-propelled vacuum glass lifter is widely used in construction site glass installation, factory glass processing, door & window workshop, facade glazing work. It can move freely on flat ground, reduce manual labor risk and improve glass installation efficiency greatly. All glass suction lifters are equipped with reliable vacuum system, emergency protection device to avoid sudden falling of glass plates.
