DAXLIFTER self-propelled glass vacuum lifter (glass installation robot) is available in DXGL-LD 300, DXGL-LD 400, DXGL-LD 500, DXGL-LD 600, DXGL-LD 800 models with rated capacity from 300kg to 800kg. This walking-style glass suction equipment supports 360° manual rotation; the max lifting height reaches 3500mm for 300–600kg models and 5000mm for DXGL-LD 800. Powered by 2*12V batteries, 2*12/100 for DXGL-LD300~600 and 2*12/120 for DXGL-LD800, paired with matched charger, walk motor and lift motor to deliver stable lifting and moving performance.
This mobile glass handler is widely used for window glass, curtain wall glass, facade panel installation on construction sites. The vacuum suction cup system adopts 300mm suction cups with different quantities: 4 pcs for 300/400kg, 6 pcs for 500/600kg, 8 pcs for 800kg. Compact body dimension: width 840mm, length ranges from 2560mm to 2800mm. Equipped with solid front and rear wheels of different specifications, it can travel smoothly on rough ground.
All glass vacuum lifters are operated by walking control. The hydraulic telescopic boom and reliable vacuum suction system ensure safe gripping, lifting, rotating and positioning of large glass sheets.
