DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD series walking style glass vacuum lifter is a self-propelled glass handling robot available in 5 models: DXGL-LD300, DXGL-LD400, DXGL-LD500, DXGL-LD600, DXGL-LD800. The lifting capacity ranges from 300kg to 800kg. All models support 360° manual rotation. Max lifting height reaches 3500mm for models 300-600, while DXGL-LD800 can reach 5000mm. Powered by 2*12V batteries, this mobile glass suction machine is widely used for curtain wall glass, window pane, marble and large panel installation on construction sites.
This portable glass vacuum lifter adopts walking type operation method. Battery configuration is 2*12/100 for DXGL-LD300~600 and 2*12/120 for DXGL-LD800. Charger specs are 24V/12A,24V/15A,24V/18A respectively. The drive system includes walk motor 24/1200W or 24/1500W and lift motor 24/2000W or 24/2200W. Overall machine width keeps 840mm for all versions, length varies from 2560mm to 2800mm. Front wheel and rear wheel are matched by different load capacity. Suction cup diameter is 300mm, with 4,6 or 8 suction cups optional for different models to guarantee stable adsorption.
