Our DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD series self-propelled glass vacuum lifter, also known as glazing robot, offers five optional models DXGL-LD 300, DXGL-LD 400, DXGL-LD 500, DXGL-LD 600 and DXGL-LD 800 with load capacity ranging from 300kg to 800kg. The machine supports 360° manual rotation, the max lifting height reaches 3500mm for 300-600kg models and 5000mm for 800kg version, adopting walking-style operation mode. Standard battery configuration is 2*12V/100Ah (2*12V/120Ah for DXGL-LD 800). Different charger specifications are matched: 24V/12A for DXGL-LD300, 24V/15A for 400/500/600 model, and 24V/18A for DXGL-LD800. The walk motor is 24V/1200W (300&400 model) or 24V/1500W (500/600/800 model), lift motor is 24V/2000W for 300/400 type and 24V/2200W for 500/600/800 variant. The overall machine width keeps 840mm, while length varies from 2560mm to 2800mm. Equipped with 300mm diameter suction cups, the quantity of suction cups changes from 4 pieces to 8 pieces according to different models. This battery-powered vacuum glass handling equipment is widely used for glass curtain wall installation, window glass fitting, marble slab, solid panel and aluminum plate moving on construction sites and glass processing factories.
This mobile vacuum lifting robot adopts all-electric drive design without fuel consumption, low noise and zero emission, suitable for indoor and outdoor construction environments. The telescopic boom brings flexible working radius, the vacuum suction system ensures stable adsorption on flat smooth materials.
